Studio 151 Pilates

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Studio 151 Pilates services, facilities, and communications. By registering as a client or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Studio 151 Pilates provides private, duo, trio, and group Pilates instruction at our studio locations in Fort Lee (포트리) and Norwood (놀우드), New Jersey. Session types, scheduling, and availability are subject to change at our discretion.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

• Sessions must be booked in advance through our scheduling system or by contacting your instructor directly.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may result in forfeiture of that session credit.
• No-shows will be counted as a used session.
• Studio 151 Pilates reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to instructor illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Payments & Session Credits

• Session packages must be paid in full prior to or at the time of the first session in the package.
• Session credits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Unused session credits expire 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
• Accepted payment methods include cash, check, Zelle, and other methods as communicated by your instructor.

4. Health & Medical Disclaimer

You represent that you are in good physical health and have no medical condition that would prevent you from participating in Pilates instruction. You agree to inform your instructor of any injuries, conditions, or limitations before each session. Studio 151 Pilates is not a medical facility, and its instructors are not licensed medical professionals. Pilates instruction is not a substitute for medical treatment.

5. Liability Waiver

By participating in Pilates sessions at Studio 151 Pilates, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Studio 151 Pilates, its owners, instructors, and staff from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liability arising from your participation in our sessions, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or death.

6. Photography & Media

Studio 151 Pilates will not photograph or record clients without prior written consent. Any promotional use of client images requires separate written authorization.

7. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number during registration, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Studio 151 Pilates regarding appointments, schedule changes, and studio updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• We will not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to treat all Studio 151 Pilates staff and fellow clients with respect. Studio 151 Pilates reserves the right to discontinue services to any client who engages in disrespectful, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Changes to Terms

Studio 151 Pilates reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bergen County, New Jersey.
